THE CAREY ACADEMY
The Carey Academy was founded in June 2007 by John. It came about by the semi-retirement of Danny Doherty. In handing the reins to John, Danny decided to take a back step from competitive teaching after a long and extremely successful career as the Doherty Academy. Danny's coaching made his academy the most successful Irish Dancing School of all time, winning an astounding 106 world championships.
