Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management
The prices payable for goods you order and their delivery is as set out in our web site. We reserve the right to change the prices shown at any time and we will contact you before we confirm the order if there are any changes.
On rental items, the products remain the property of Iconic Ltd but the responsibility of care remains with the customer and will be charged for any damage or loss and will be charged from a replacement price list |
| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-14 business days . International orders are generally received in under 30 days. Orders are normally despatched the same day for next day delivery on in stock orders received before 5pm. A £3.00 charge is added to orders and applies to each UK delivery address. A valid signature is required on delivery. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered on delivery of them to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage. Large, heavy and fragile items sometimes require extra time for delivery and we will advise you of likely delivery times wherever possible. For delivery outside the UK there is an additional delivery charge, which we will quote by return. Also in the unlikely event that a product needs to be collected for return outside the UK a handling charge may apply. |
